Real Estate Analyzed was established in January of 2008. The company is founded and operated by Mr. Gregory A. Bonneville as owner and chief commercial appraiser.
Gregory Bonneville has been appraising commercial real estate since 1993 in Tennessee. He has his Certified General license with the State of Tennessee. He has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee in business administration, majoring in finance with a focus on Real Estate. He is an associate member of the appraisal institute and hopes to achieve the MAI designation in the near future. He currently resides in the city of Maryville with his wife Mary Beth and their three children.
Thern Newbell joined the Real Estate Analyzed team in July of 2009. He comes with extensive residential appraisal experience having worked in residential appraisal since 1999. His experience has included a wide array of residential property types including, single and multi-unit residential, condominiums, manufactured homes, and vacant land. Clients have included, banks, credit unions, appraisal management firms, attorneys, and private individuals who have secured his services for a variety of purposes including refinance and purchase transactions, REO disposition, tax appeals, and estate settlement. He is also FHA approved and is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute. Thern is a graduate of the University of Tennessee in Business Administration and has been an East Tennessee resident since 1995. He currently resides in the city of Knoxville with his wife Trillia and their two children.
